Athlete of the month – October 2019

The Athlete of the month award has been designed to highlight the hard work and determination of athletes that I coach. With a £20 wiggle voucher on offer each month then it can be a little incentive to help keep athletes motivated

This months winner is……

This months award goes to Jo who is part of the Ride Harder Academy. Jo was a little unsure that the plan would be suitable for her having only a basic turbo training however using Heart Rate has completed the objective of all the sessions. I have been impressed with how she has embraced structured training and moved the sessions around to suit her availability and has quietly just got on with ticking them off one by one.
Well Done Jo, keep up the good work during the winter and you will have made big improvements come the race season next year!
