Athlete of the month – October 2020

The Athlete of the month award has been designed to highlight the hard work and determination of athletes that I coach. With a £20 wiggle voucher on offer each month then it can be a little incentive to help keep athletes motivated

This months winner is……

This months award goes to Andrew Harris (Figgy) who is part of the Ride Harder Academy.

Having been a member of the Academy for several years Figgy has always struggled with consistency in getting the training completed. This year he has been a machine! I have been so pleased to see he has ticked off every one of the sessions this year and making real progress with his fitness. Figgy is also active within the Facebook group and supportive of everyone else on the plan!
