I will guide you through everything you need to start structured training without any fancy equipment or tests, just a simple 3 zone model. All you need is a bike and can do the sessions either indoors or outside, you choose! The sessions have all been designed to target exactly what you need to improve on the bike and therefore become a faster cyclist.

How to avoid the dreaded puncture and how to change the tyre on your own in case you do get one.
How to not fall off using clipless pedals!
Improve your cycling cadence so that it is easier to pedal the bike!
