If you’ve already built a solid base with the Ride Harder Plan, it’s time to step things up.

The Ride Harder Advanced Plan is a 16-week training programme created to build on your existing fitness, deepen your understanding of performance metrics, and help you become a more self-sufficient, data-savvy athlete.

This isn’t just about getting faster — it’s about knowing how and why you’re getting faster.


🔍 Take Ownership of Your Training

This plan is based on the methodology of Tim Cusick (WKO5 product developer), known for bridging the gap between performance data and real-world cycling results. You’ll train with purpose while learning how to analyse and interpret your own training data using TrainingPeaks.

By the end of the programme, you’ll not only be stronger — you’ll understand the why behind each session, how to spot progress, and how to keep improving.

  • 16-week structured programme: 12 weeks of progressive building + 4-week race-focused peak

  • ✅ Focused use of TrainingPeaks metrics (TSS, CTL, ATL, IF, and more) with in-ride explanations to help you learn as you go

  • ✅ 2–3 key turbo sessions during the week + optional Saturday ride and longer Sunday ride (outdoor recommended)

  • ✅ All sessions can be downloaded to Zwift, TrainerRoad, or your smart trainer platform
