Shipping policy

Digital Products

  • Digital products (such as training plans, guides, and resources) are delivered by email.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for access to be granted, though in most cases this will be much quicker.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with download links or login details. If you don’t see this in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Physical Products

  • Orders for physical items (such as kit or accessories) are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery options and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Pre-Orders

  • If you purchase a pre-order or a programme with a future start date, you’ll receive confirmation straight away and full access or delivery on the date stated on the product page.

Delivery Issues

  • If you experience any issues with accessing your digital product, or if your physical order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@rideharder.co.uk. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
