Description
This is the perfect option if you just need a little guidance on what sessions to do to best make use of the time available. You will receive a one-off training plan tailored for your individual goals and will target areas of weakness to help overcome them. You will be sent a questionnaire and be asked to complete a fitness test (to be completed at home) and then sent a tailored 6 -week plan set around your training time availability. The plan can then be repeated and reused for future months.
