Online Training Plans

Here at Ride Harder, we are committed to making you faster on the bike and training correctly and efficiently is important to help you achieve that goal. Whether you are new to cycling or somebody more experienced then we have a plan for you to increase your average speed on the bike.

Each training plan have been specifically created to achieve its objectives in a time efficient manner so you can be sure that the time spent on the bike is effective.

How our training plans work

The plans will be delivered using Training Peaks so if you are not already a member then click here to sign up for your FREE account. Once downloaded you can follow the sessions on the day quoted or move them to suit your time availability. The sessions have been fully created using the workout builder so can be exported to Zwift and completed online.
