Whether you are new to cycling or somebody more experienced who whats to achieve that PB or age group win then there is something for you.
I believe the key to success is structured training and regular testing/analysing to identify improvements and areas of weakness.
Set up fee – £40
This involves an athlete questionnaire outlining goals and targets for the season. Heart & power zones calculated via a testing protocol either overseen by myself or remotely. Training peaks account set up and a periodised training plan for the season.
Basic package – £40 p/m
This gives you custom coaching plan based on your goals and targets. The plan will be uploaded into your training peaks account and logged as you complete the workouts. This will be reviewed monthly via e-mail and feedback from the athlete.
Weekly monitor of training sessions – £40 p/m
This is to be used for any athlete who needs their training reviewed more frequently so that the plan can be adjusted helping you reach your goals sooner.
1:1 Coached sessions – £30
For any client that wants further assistance on a specific coaching or training requirement. This session is 1 hour long (subject to travel distance) and can be used for a turbo session or on the road.
Power turbo set up – £25
Have you brought a new power turbo but unsure where to start in setting it up? I will visit your home (subject to travel distance) set the turbo up, calibrate and link to your chosen device.
